1. Engagement & Scope of Services

MEDISOFTS provides custom software engineering, interoperability integration, and IT maintenance services under individualized Statements of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreements (MSA) executed with client healthcare organizations.

2. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Custom software developed under commercial contracts is transferred to the client pursuant to the specific terms set forth in the governing MSA, ensuring complete ownership of bespoke business logic and clinical models.

3. Medical Disclaimer

MEDISOFTS provides software engineering, interoperability, and IT infrastructure platforms. Our software does not constitute medical advice or healthcare practice. Healthcare providers retain sole clinical judgment and responsibility for patient diagnosis, treatment decisions, and dosage verification.
